Wind zones and coastal code. Building requirements tighten as you approach the water, and the fastening schedule that passes inspection in the Midwest won’t survive a design review — or a tropical storm — on Hilton Head Island. Our crews work under coastal wind requirements every single day, so high-wind nailing patterns, sealed roof decks, and upgraded underlayment aren’t special requests. They’re just how we build.
