Beau Ragsdale
Founder & Owner. Beau started the company in 2014 with a promise that the crew selling the roof would be the crew building it. He still walks job sites, still climbs roofs, and still gives customers his straight opinion — even when it costs a sale. His rule for every project: build it like the next hurricane season starts tomorrow.
Lauren Ragsdale
Co-Owner. Lauren runs the business side of the business — the scheduling, the paperwork, the follow-through that turns good roofing into a good experience. If your estimate showed up when promised and your questions got answered the same day, that’s Lauren’s standard at work.
Project Management
Our project managers are the bridge between your estimate and your finished roof. They order materials, coordinate dumpsters and deliveries, watch the radar, and keep you updated at every stage — so a full roof replacement feels organized instead of chaotic.
Installation Crews
The hands-on heart of the company. Our installers are full-time Ragsdale employees trained on asphalt shingle, metal, and tile systems — and on the coastal details that matter here, from high-wind fastening patterns to flashing that stands up to salt air. They also run our 24/7 emergency response.
Office & Customer Care
The first voice you hear is a real person in our Bluffton office, not a call center. Our customer care team schedules inspections, walks you through insurance paperwork and 0% financing PreQualification, and makes sure nothing you were promised falls through a crack.
